I am sorry but the President said, space station R.U. Sirius will receive no funding, however Dr Mel’s Mind Control Helmet will receive all the funding it needs. The President said he needs a working Mind Control Helmet to convince the people, everything he talks about is Left and good. We are unsure what President said this as we have request for a working Mind Control Helmet from the U.S., Russia, China, Germany, France, Japan and many others including King Charles III of the U.K
