I wonder if you’re on a “seafood diet”-you SEE FOOD and you EAT IT .;-D

I’ve had more trouble keeping weight on for the last ten years or so than taking it off

When I want to alter my weight I go on the donut diet

I figured dieting would be easy. I once lost 20 pounds in one week on Air Force survival training. It took a while to realize that back then, I was only hungry for a week. Well, I’ve been hungry for six months now. However, I have lost ten pounds. :)
