I blame the USDA. And the plastics industry. And “convenience now” thinking.

I am tempted to send some products back to the CEO of the company that produces them and challenge them to open the package WITHOUT using some sort of tool or weapon or explosives.

Packaging today — especially plastic packaging — is one of the worst things going.

Litter in the oceans are killing sea life at an alarming rate.

Why is man destroying the only planet we have?

I vaguely remember hearing Willie Nelson in an interview about 25-30 years ago talking about different big corporations, such as the petroleum industry mainly, I think, being behind legislation to make marijuana illegal, including hemp, which gets no one high. But many products were made from hemp, everything from rope to clothing to buckets, etc. And the greedy oil b*stards wanted it all. Same with the auto industry being instrumental in shutting down mass transit in cities around the country. Their greed will be the downfall of the planet.

Ive seen a jellyfish floating next to a plastic grocery bag. Almost impossible to tell them apart. Good for the jellyfish bad for the turtle that eats jellyfish

By 2050, there will be more plastic by weight than fish in the oceans. Humans are scum.
