The repubs were okay with all his racist and illegal antics. But they drew the line when he snitched on their coke sniffing sexual orgies.

Not sorry to see him go. I think the other guy is the better candidate, which isn’t saying much, but chuck edwards is much better than cawthorn. Cawthorn’s loss is a win for the more traditional republicans and NC. Edwards is no trump clone and is more of a traditional conservative – something too many republicans have abandoned.

BTW, trump never really endorsed cawthorne. He said something about giving him another chance, but never made an official endorsement as he always does when he makes an actual endorsement. Plus he did it at the 11th hour when it wouldn’t make a damn difference.
