This is the kind of nonsensical gibberish of economic illiteracy (or innumeracy) that results when an uneducated dropout signs up for a few college classes, decides it is not for her, drops out, and then still thinks she can grasp the complexities of economic investment and growth better than those who actually stuck it out, stayed in college and learned real stuff.

This kind of economic ignorance demonstrates why economies consistently fail under Republicans and recover and thrive under Democrats.

TrumpubliQans can’t tell the difference between SPENDING (tax giveaways to bazillionaires and corporate welfare and “defense spending” to enrich profiteers of the military-industrial complex) and INVESTMENT in resources — physical resources such as infrastructure as well as human resources such as education and training to raise up a strong and productive work force — that strengthen our economy and prosperity for everyone.

TrumpubliQans can’t understand that it depends on HOW money is spent. They can’t tell the difference between a drunken sailor going out and spending a night of drunken revelry, and a careful, well-planned investment in a solid business investment (or that college education Lisa threw away) that will pay for itself many times over.

Democrats spend money on stuff like pandemic relief and building back bridges, not on tax cuts and invasions of Iraq.

Remember kids: When goverments spend your money, it’s always corruption and waste and pork barrel projects.

When corporations spend your money, that’s just proper capitalism.

Again, Loony Lisa shows us how she has no idea how the economy works, which is why she was a dropout.

There is a difference between giveaways, like tax cuts for corporations and billionaires and investing in country to modernize it and make it competitive on a global scale.

Here we go again. The following is from “New Hopes for a Changing World,”Bertrand Russell, 1951:

“Dread of disaster makes everybody act in the very way that increases the disaster…In the situation that existed in the Great Depression, things could only be set right by causing the idle plant to work again. But everybody thought that to do so would risk almost certain loss. Within the framework of classical economics there was no solution. Roosevelt saved the situation by bold and heretical action.

“He spent billions of public money, and created a huge public debt, but by doing so he revived production and brought his country out of the depression. Businessmen who in spite of such a sharp lesson continued to believe in old-fashioned economics, were infinitely shocked; and though Roosevelt saved them from ruin, they continued to curse him and to speak of him as ‘the madman in the White House.’”…

Our Government is supposed to help everybody, not just to give largesse to rich people in the comedic hope it will effectively filter down the wealth strata of all citizens. Roosevelt did the upper class a true favor, and some still refuse to believe it. Unfortunately, it took a world war to eventually unite us — for a while.

From the CBO: The federal budget deficit was $475 billion in the first five months of fiscal year 2022, CBO estimates. That amount is less than deficits recorded during the same period in the two prior fiscal years. Lisa just makes stuff up because research is too hard if you have no thinking skills.

One hopes that Democrats will be elected. Of course, with the trump republicans around it doesn’t automatically follow that the Democratic winners will take office. The GOP has gotten a taste of insurrection. The party likes it.

Yeah. Trumpy had it right when he “robbed” the Pentagon of their funding to fund his Wall. Or, how about when Trumpy had some major landscaping and building interior remodeling done on all his U.S., and overseas, properties, at Tax Payer expense? I’m guessing that from the Republican point of view, that was ok. But god help the Democrates who want to spend one penny over the National Budget!

Hillary Clinton Accuses Russia Of War Crimes, Gets Blasted Into Orbit With Receipts In 30 Second VideoDid she really think we forgot?BY ZACH HEILMAN, Red Voice MediaMARCH 16, 202On March 10, Hillary tweeted, “If Russian leadership would rather not be accused of committing war crimes, they should stop bombing hospitals.” Although a strongly worded tweet in just one sentence, in the video below, the history of the Clintons is made known. It included former President Bill Clinton supposedly bombing civilians and kids in Serbia.

Following her tweet, many users online sought to help the former First Lady with her memory. Comments included, “the pot calling the kettle black,” “did you think about this at all for even a second before tweeting it,” and…

Libya: In 2011, Clinton was a strong proponent of regime change in Libya (as was Trump). It is forgotten today that a primary justification she offered for the U.S. military role in Libya was to pay back allies for Afghanistan. As she stated in late March 2011: “We asked our allies, our NATO allies, to go into Afghanistan with us 10 years ago. They have been there, and a lot of them have been there despite the fact they were not attacked.… When it comes to Libya, we started hearing from the U.K., France, Italy, other of our NATO allies. This was in their vital national interest.” Academic research shows that great powers enjoy freedom of action to avoid becoming dragged into wars involving allies, but the Libya regime change intervention was, unfortunately, one that the Obama administration chose to fully support, despite misleading the American people at the time that it was not the goal. Obama correctly labeled not planning for the postwar scenario his “worst mistake” and correctly described Libya as a “mess.”

But no matter what Hillary might have said or done in the past, the new narrative being pushed from within the Biden administration is to support Ukraine and denounce Russia.

ahhh, what’s 200 – 300 billion, chump change and you are the chump!

    Is Pelosi correct?

The Congressional Budget Office determined, in fact, that Biden’s plan would add $367 billion to the national deficit over the next decade.

The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget agreed that after offsets, the BBB Act would add roughly $200 Billion to the national deficit.

Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve bank in San Francisco determined the American Rescue Plan, Biden’s COVID-19 stimulus, is contributing to inflation, an analysis made before inflation reached unfortunate historic highs this year.

Of course, with offsets, tax collection enforcement and higher taxes, Nancy could be right and spending could have no impact on the national debt. What do you think is easier to make this a net zero impact, tax enforcement or tax hikes? Get ready people, you are about to work 90% of your day for the “man”, “own nothing and be happy” OR there’s always the chance that you become one of them yourself and join in on bleeding us peons dry.

Why is it that when a Democratic President (Clinton, Obama, Biden) spends big bucks it’s destroying the economy and ballooning the deficit, but when a Republican President (Reagan, Bush 1, Bush 2, Trump) spends big bucks, it’s a good thing because a) it’s good for the economy and b) Jesus will come before the bill is due?
