Oh no! The Democrats have been caught wanting election integrity!

If only both parties wanted to protect every American’s right to vote.

Gorrell’s cartoon just keep getting stupider.

    If that’s possible.

So Gorrell is admitting that the Republican filibuster is preventing Democrats from unleashing a wave of el action integrity on the country!

Yes, Biden is the one who is wrong because he suggested that we eliminate a tool used by my the minority to thwart the majority in order to save democracy.

    Sarcasm tag is unnecessary.

Let’s legitimize the only way Republicans can survive: rig the elections before they happen.

All the costly investigations of the last election did not find any fraud. GOP wants to change practices so that they can change the popular vote by just declaring their candidate the winner. They are the ones with their hands in the cookie jar.

Bob, integrity is really not your thing. You don’t understand it, you choose to make the word mean whatever is convenient for you at the moment, and when people who display it are in the news you denigrate them. Try sticking to complaining about the news media.

Gorrell took the Don Jr. with hand in the cookie jar from

    https://www.gocomics.com/bobgorrell/2017/07/13

copy/pasted on a donkey head and redrew the arm pointing at the jar.

Gorrell thinks it’s a good thing that the GOP filibustered voting rights.

here is what is in the new Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act

    https://www.politico.com/news/2022/01/14/democrats-voting-rights-megabill-left-out-527095

    Same day voter registration

early voting of at least 15 days before the election

require states to expand the range of documents that are acceptable Voter ID to include debit cards, utility bills, band statements issued within 6 months of the election, or any document with the individuals name issue by federal, state, tribe, or local government. You know things everyone has access to and doesn’t require them to go to a DMV that is only open weekdays during the hours of 9am-4:30pm hours when most Americans are working.

Restoring voting rights to returning citizens who have served their time

prohibiting restrictions on handing out food or water to people waiting in line for hours to exercise their right to vote.

Making election day a federal holiday in election years so everyone has a chance to vote.

    Banning partisan gerrymandering

making it a crime to intimidate, threaten, or coerce election workers

requiring paper ballots and for most voting equipment to not be connected to the internet

the DISCLOSE Act, which would force a slew of politically active nonprofit organizations — which can keep their donors secret under current law — to publicly disclose their funders. It would also apply disclosure requirements to groups that spend supporting or opposing federal judicial nominations, and it lays out firmer bans on foreign campaign contributions.

Honest Ads Act,” would extend requirements for “stand by your ad” provisions to digital ads

Which part of this bill hurts election integrity?

Gorrell is a founding member of the Trumpist party. Trump said this week that if we don’t cheat on elections we will never win again. His hand isn’t in the cookie jar. He just smashed the jar!

Ironic how so many Republican Congressman and Senators accuse the Democrats of a powergrab through guarantees of voting rights, when it is the Republicans who invariably seek to limit voter access. What obnoxious hypocrites they are!
