whose patience is the most thin here: Roger’s or Andy’s?

Dear Sir or Madam, will you read my book?

It took me years to write, will you take a look?

Not according to mom? That’s pretty bp

I think he can fail perfectly well on his own. He doesn’t need encouragement to do so from his family.

He might want to start with an idea and then develop a plot before going to the actual writing.

If I were to attempt writing a novel, it would be with pencil & paper so they could be “misplaced” & I would have to start over, or go in another direction. lol

Written back in the olden days when families only had one computer…

Isn’t there a military academy somewhere that takes boys Jason’s age?

Georges Simenon could write 80 pages a day. Roger is no Georges. Or Jorge for that matter

Assuming Jason’s not lying, why has Andy given Roger a deadline? I thought of a few possibilities: (a) Others want time on the computer. (b) She wants to conserve energy by turning the computer off. © She hopes he’ll do better under pressure. (d) There’s other work she wants him to do. (e) She wants him to give up on a lost cause. Personally, I’d be glad he was sitting and doing nothing, considering what else he’s done.
