Ildine Waumoithe One time I was 28.4 inches tall.

I guess that deer decided to crash at their place.

May the Lord be with you.

In the Spring of 1970 (I think), my mother received a shock when a deer crashed through her classroom window. She was the second grade teacher in a village in Upstate NY.

As the bleeding deer ran around the classroom, slipping on the tile floors, Mother somehow managed to get her pupils out into the hall without injury.

The fire department came, cornered the animal, tied it up, and passed it back through the broken window. The deer was too badly injured to even think of saving it — it was going to bleed to death in a little while anyways — so the state trooper “made it quick”.

Mother later showed me where there had been a whole pool of deer blood right behind her desk, and the classroom globe, which had a couple of small holes from flying shards of glass.

The concept of a mobile home abandoned in the middle of the road in rural Missouri became the topic of the next Stephen “Burnt Out” King’s next gore porn opus that was made into a film by Wes Craven. “Let’s hide behind the chainsaws!” Believe It of Not!

Wildine Aumoithe prefers “Height Challenged”. She recently signed a multi million dollar contract with the Boston Celtics via a height handicap discrimination law suit and dunks on LeBron James as he gets into verbal whizzing contest with court side fans and makes imbecilic political statements made even more stupid considering how much money he makes. Believe It of Not!

“Hello tow truck company? My house has a flat. Can you come out and change it?”“A flat what?”“Flat tire”“Yeah right. And let me guess it’s in the middle of the road?” “Yes it is. Please hurry”Stupid crank caller. Like I’m going to believe that story."

Years ago, there was an old style hardware store in the town where I worked and they sold John Deere parts; even had a sign in the window advertising as such. A deer jumped through their plate glass window, too. Made the news due to the coincidence of the event.

In 1999, a woman watching TV heard some crashes in her house. She opened the door to her room, and saw a deer had broken into the house, and was in the hallway. It was especially startling because she had been watching Animal Farm.

True story – BION – back in the 1950’s my Great Aunt and her husband sold a home in Boone Iowa to an oil company (think gas station) that sold the house but not the land. A reputable house moving company was hired to move the house to a new location, but just as the house reached the intersection of the town’s main street and the state highway the house began coming apart. They had to demolish the house right there where it sat, which took close to a week. It was one of those big old two story houses with an attic which had already required removing power and phone lines. The city fathers weren’t too happy.

The business next to the store where I worked had a deer jump through the large plate glass window. Fortunately, it was after hours and the deer managed to get back out. Luckily there was a security camera that caught the action.
