Gaylord forgot the old saying about assuming and made an ass of himself!

I’ve heard of wearing your heart on your sleeve but this is ridiculous.

That must have hurt like the dickens!

That poor tattoo artist!

A couple of Marines in my platoon had their serial numbers tattooed on the soles of their feet. The next day we had a nature hike up and down the hills of Camp Pendleton, Ca.

Evidently those hurt.

“It is well, it is well with my sole.”

Gaylord is reading between the wrong lines.

Why would you get a tattoo where no one can see it? For that matter, why would you get one anywhere?

Huh…looks like “heart, and sole.”

Smelly feet would be the safe guess….

She must be a tough old bird to get one on the sole of her foot.
