Meanwhile, here in Texas, where vaccinations and masks are not required in schools, we had a student and a teacher in Richardson ISD die last week from Covid. Wheee! So great to be free. Ignore the deaths.

My whole life some conservatives have told me that I have to accept the consequences of choosing to be gay. You’ll excuse me if I have no sympathy for the ones who are whining about having consequences for their choice not to vaccinate….something that actually is a choice. And unlike my being gay, not vaccinating can actually harm people just by being in the same room with them.

Every single one of those kids had to be vaccinated to be in that classroom. Why shouldn’t the teacher be? As a teacher I am appalled by teachers who refuse vaccines

Idiocy. You’d think those caring for our kids and for our patients would want to be vaccinated to protect themselves and their charges. It may be that some of our teachers and medical staff are into it for the money and caring isn’t part of the equation.

Why don’t just separate the teacher and children into two groups. The Children of parents who don’t want masks are taught by teacher who don’t want to be vaccinated, you know like separated but equal. They can come to school at a different time and kept separated from children of parents who wants to protect their children. That way if there is a break out it doesn’t affect all the kids.
