I know how she feels. Back years (1969) ago my boss gave me a raise for doing such a good job fixing truck tire flats. A full nickel up to $1.35……my dad who helped him get the contract threatened to kick his ass if he didn’t give me a bigger raise. Boss raised to $1.75. I should have tried hissing….I might have gotten 2 dollars.
