Soon we will have a new season, one far more colder and drier.

Fall started on September 22nd

Garfield calls it a “silver lining”, I call it a “BONUS!”

Jon just said the magic word.

Ah, yes. The time of year when my blood type is pumpkin spice.

But you gotta leave the cookies for Santa Claus.

Garfield Just got a sugar rush, just from those 3 words.

Technically the days have always stayed the same length with 24 hours in a day. (Except for one day a year when Daylight Savings Time starts. That day is only 23 hours long. The shortest day of the year.)

We won’t melt upon going outside for another year.

No more need for that “summer bod.”

Garfield is looking like one of those dolls that sticks to the window of your car right now.

Uh, Jon, the days have been getting shorter since the first day of summer.

Summer may be long gone where you are, Jon…but the weather stays at the same level until about Thanksgiving or so…

Plus, let’s face it, colder weather means more excuses to stay inside and sleep.

Admittedly I say that as if Garfield NEEDS an excuse to sleep more

And all the Christmas cookies contain raisins.

Between Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, the end of the year promises lots of delicious food.

In regards to Fall, Dairy Queen actually has Fall-themed blizzards, which are the Apple Pie Blizzard, the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, and the Pecan Pie Blizzard (which they released just recently). I love the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, and I’m pretty sure that I’ll also enjoy the Pecan Pie Blizzard just as much as well.

It won’t be so bad after all!

Yep its almost October for goodness sake. Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?

Soon summer time will be over and clock turn back an hour from BST to GMT in the UK last Sunday in October.

My favorite day of the year is the last day of summer. Glad to get it over with. Wish we could just go from spring to fall every year.
