If I were one of Gaylord’s parents I’d talk to Mama Vulture about abandoning the nest when Gaylord left for class and get as far away as possible before he got back.
Can’t really condemn Gaylord, because my career path was somewhat similar. But I will note how much he resembles Mom and Dad, or even vice versa, and have to wonder about their backstories….
