Gee, the stock market has not crashed – like Republicans predicted – under Biden. It even hit a record 32,485… last week’s “gas shortage” was not a shortage but an interruption to delivery – that only affected part of the country – and is already on the mend… and it was caused by criminals whom Biden has no control over (Russians whom Trump tends to defend… sure didn’t see Trump involved in solving this).

Benson probably thinks that our Liar-in-Chief was also a “Great Businessman,” with his many bankruptcies as proof! So much for her credibility….

The gas “shortage” was caused by panic just like the TP shortage was.

The RW screaming about inflation ignores lots of facts. Prices are rising on things like lumber and steel because companies stopped buying them when the demand went down. According to “trickle-down” BS, companies should have been buying products and creating jobs because they got their 2017 tax cuts. Instead, they bought back stock. Now that demand is rising, the prices are going up because of a shortage of materials. When money goes to those in lower income brackets, they SPEND it creating the demand that creates jobs.

Had to step back a sec from this one to get the deeper meaning. While I don’t see Biden’s economic policies having that image (especially if they scrap the filibuster and tax the rich as they need to be) his foreign policy fits the drawing better.

Ok Lisa, test time. Name ONE single, identifiable aspect of today’s ecomony that is truly Bidenesque. Something that we can point to and say, “Yup, that’s Joe Biden alright!”

In no way do we have a planned economy. Shit just happens. Heck, the guy hasn’t even suggested we change the prime lending rate. He’s done nothing to raise taxes, except talk about it. Congress has provided a healthy stimulus package, thank god. Is that what you’re afraid of? He would Iike to spend money on infrastructure, which, by my understanding, is a good thing.

So, what has Biden done to scare you so? Provide competent leadership?

@ Lisa Benson – Please read the comments of those who “support” you. You got some real fine folks on your side. Folks openly talking insurrection. Folks talking about killing Democrats. Folks who don’t have the slightest idea how things REALLY work in our nation. Folks who can’t put a coherent sentence together to save their lives or use a fact to support opinion.

This ignorance is YOUR fault. You are responsible. You and all the other responsible, educated Republicans who have failed to stand up and say, “Hey, hold on now, we are not going to start another Civil War. We are not going to burn Democrats alive in their homes. We are not going to overturn the US Constitution.”

You know what would be a good first step, Lisa? You, and all the other conservative oped cartoonists need to all do a piece that states FIRMLY that Joseph Biden is the lawfully, Constitutionally elected president of the United States of America. Feel free to oppose him, sure. But you need to stand up against the lie. Because it’s the right thing to do. Because it is necessary.
