Maintaining fear as in to show enough concern

Hey, A. I. Goodwyn, how about addressing Fox’s attack on decency and integrity. The officer who shot Wright MEANT to use her taser. The body cam footage contained her calling out “Taser” and then her horrified “I shot him”. That would have showed lack of proper training, so a Fox reporter listed run-ins Wright had with the police to distract from the police MISTAKE. Any past run-ins with the police have nothing to do with the police MISTAKE since the officer involved DID NOT think it to be a dangerous situation. Of Course Goodwyn is probably fine with that.

Saw something on the same theme from Henry Payne, which seemed totally egregious. Little did I know. I sure wish that stupidity worked FASTER to cause Darwinian results.

How about maintaining some common sense. Such as, vaccines work, but work even better when everyone gets vaccinated.

I know fear. I had it so strongly for a few minutes during Tet, 1968, that I got the dry heaves. My concerns – our concerns – about SARS-CoV-2 are so far removed from that as to make comparisons laughable. Our concerns are rational, evidence-based, predictive concerns that any reasonably intelligent (say, I.Q. 105+) individual would have. Implying people are pussies for having such concerns is, once again, a fat plate of GQP upchuck.

“Maintain the fear”…..Al, that’s your side’s talking point. That’s the whole existence of right wing media. Al, you’re projecting again. We see you doing it.

The other day, Mr. Goodwyn asked, in a fit of dudgeon, for posters to point out when he had ever lied.

Goodwyn spreading more misinformation … he seems to fear a return to normalcy.

The only fear I’m seeing here appears to be Al facing reality.

We now have a Congress and President whom actually want to assist the American people. Republicans are getting increasingly desperate to deflect from measures they are taking to do so.

Excuse me… Covid 19 should feared. 31.3 million cases. 10% of those who have had Covid are long haulers. And 562,000 DEAD from Covid. Only fools and idiots have no fear of Covid. But as Mark Twain commented: “Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience."

Maintaining a healthy fear, continuing to take precautions, and getting vaccinated, are things that might eventually defeat this thing.

Geez, Al. 562,000 and counting isn’t scary enough? Idiots refusing to wear masks or get vaccinated happily spreading disease isn’t scary enough? Biden doesn’t want or need to “maintain fear”. It’s all he can do to eradicate the rampant ignorance and gullibility that flowed from the previous resident of the White House.

Maintain the fear!! This virus will be with us for a long, long time. And attitudes like yours Al, and the other sceptics and deniers, will ensure we don’t just have just the two or three variants we currently have, but stronger variants that we may not be able to make vaccines for.
