Happiness is…..man’s best friend.

Except not so happy for the butterfly when the dog catches and eats it.

My dog sure makes me happy. And she’s never eaten a butterfly.

If you’re going to hang out with your dog, your NEIGHBORS will be happy if you bring a little plastic bag with you.

The dachshunds jumped over the grass like rabbits in the early spring.

If I’m outdoors, that’s a good start. And if my dog (or cat) wants to hang with me…well!

Frolicking is such a great word for a comic strip. Thanks.

“Frolic” (“make merry, have fun, romp playfully”) comes from the Middle Dutch vrolyc “happy,” which is a combination of vro- “merry, glad” + lyc “like” (as in “similar”).

Bark at the trucks, skaters, motorcycles, cats, other dogs, people, squirrels, and for no reason at all. Our dog walks aren’t fun. The trainer we paid to reduce the barking gave us our money back.

This is why I want to move out of my apartment. No pet policies suck and I want a terrier pupper (or at least a dog of that size).

I had a dog named Prince, a cross between collie and shepherd. He was a beautiful looking dog, pet and yes, friend.

Truer words have never been spoken……

She is gone now; but she will always live on in my heart.

While all the while keeping the place badger free.

When Wally’s breedmates Hildy and Lindy came into my life, I said, “I don’t need uppers, ‘Cause I’ve got puppers.”

I think I’m generally pretty happy, but I think I’m at my happiest and most satisfied when I’m out walking my dogs.

Except when it’s raining and they won’t let me off the hook. THEN I have bad thoughts regarding questionable restaurants . . .
