This cartoon should be removed from the site for a number of reasons. The level of disinformation with respect to covid-19, vaccines and the Nazis is stunning.

Gorrell has little understanding of just about everything.

Those would be the same vaccination papers you need to show for your kid to go to school.

the only reason proof of vaccination is even needed is because the GOP spent the entire pandemic whining about being asked to wear masks, so a large portion of their audience didn’t, and many republican governors refused to issue mask mandates. This is responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths. it’s responsible to how long this pandemic has dragged on, and it’s keeping many from being able to get back to work.

As per usual, right-winger Gorrell has it all backward. Except where he’s got it upside down. AND distorted. For the most part, those “vaccination papers” are being requested by companies (or NGOs such as the NFL), not governments themselves. And of course, you are utterly free to remain unvaccinated AND not go to Disneyland or a football game or … It really is your choice. No coercion at all.

It takes a special kind of psychopath to imagine that sending people to the gas chambers and preventing them from dying of a communicable disease are remotely equivalent.

When I was in grade school, you had to provide documentation that you had been vaccinated against the “childhood” diseases before you could attend class. A bit later it was polio, and guess what, we pretty much eradicated the whole lot. Requiring people to be vaccinated, barring those with medical contraindications, is simply reasonable public health policy. Science, not superstition or messages from Q.

The odd thing here is that it is Gorrell who aspires to be the Nazi propogandist. #Goebbels=Gorrell, who supports kooky politics and fake science.

This is a bad toon, not appropriate because some of us lived and remember from our parents, the impact of what that symbol means. However unfortunately some liberal cartoonists lately have done some line crossing too. Perhaps they all need to tone it down a little bit.

How can you equate good citizenship and caring for others with Fascism?

Too low, Bob. Vaccines save lives, and if the anti vaxxers (a small, albeit noisy, minority) don’t want to get them that’s their right! But companies (mom and pop and chain store alike) are within their right to say they need to get their vaccines to get service, well I’m for that. Especially if it gets more of those “fence straddlers” into the vaccine line. But NOBODY is rounding up antivaxxers and vaccine skeptics and herding them into reeducation camps. So, just chill. And get your damn shot when it’s available to the general public in your area!

Every time I think Bob Gorrell has hit rock bottom, he whips out a jackhammer and digs even deeper. By comparing a common-sense rule with one of the most brutal regimes in history, Gorrell has clearly demonstrated just how far his head is up his @$$. I’d like to drag him by the ear to the nearest hospital and thence to respiratory intensive care, so he can fart his ignorant codswallop to the doctors and nurses who have been working their fingers to the bone for months – thanks to brainless nincompoops just like him.

If this hurts your feelings you AND you want it removed, then you need to have your mouth & hands duct taped closed to help you understand Free Speech.
