I learned in high school, college and law school to always have notes and topic points in front of me at the podium when speaking. Anyone who doesn’t is either arrogant or a fool…at least that is what my debate coach said in high school.

When talking to the Parkland shooting survivors, trump had to write himself a note to remind himself to seem empathetic. Biden doesn’t need to do that.

You are kidding right? Previous presidents have all had the “ability” to speak off the cuff to the reporters. Including Bush and Obama. (Yes even Trump – although he usually did it with a good chance of putting his foot in his mouth) Joe is not capable of that. Not without having a brain-fart or just giving a wrong answer. No soft ball, pre-planned questions and he is toast.
