    I cut back on caffeine on my own

    For me, even cutting back is still a lot of strong coffee just not for the last hours before bed anymore

    I always limit my intake to far less than half a cup per day…

    Because I’m sure more salt than that is potentially unhealthy!

    Very few (~7%) of people are salt-sensitive and coffee helps burn fat.

    I used to rarely use salt, then I discovered different types of sea salt.

    Several years ago my Dr. lost weight and then he would tell me I needed to lose weight. Now he has gained his weight back and never tells me to lose it!
