Everything Trump did, he did for a reason. He didn’t plan to deal with Covid 19, simply pushed it off on the states so he couldn’t be blamed for failure. As he said, “No, I don’t take any responsibility…” Same thing with border crossings. He only planned to build a wall, because he knew it would be called, “Trump’s Wall”, and if that failed others would be blamed. He didn’t plan to deal with the people crossing, just to treat them like animals, to deny there were laws that applied to asylum seekers, or other humanitarian issues. Just treat them like “vermin”. That way he could simply deny responsibility. From his first day in office, through his last day in office, he didn’t have a plan, didn’t plan to do anything, didn’t take responsibility for anything. His only concern was for himself. And that is one of the reasons we have a crisis on our border today. And it won’t get fixed until we have a sensible immigration plan voted into law by Congress. Time for our elected representatives to take some responsibility and do their jobs.

“Would anybody have marched on the Capitol, and overrun the Capitol, without the president’s speech? I think it’s pretty much definitive that wouldn’t have happened.”— Trump’s Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller

Look, our hands a clean – it’s all Biden’s fault. If you don’t believe us, ask Tucker Carlson.

Take credit for Biden’s successes, blame Biden for T-p’s failures. Sounds typical. They did the same thing to Obama.

Why do the hard work of solving a problem when you can ignore it and just blame someone else?

That elephant never allowed the border crisis to be attributed to Trump in the first place – it was always “Obama’s fault”…

Decades of the US supporting and training brutal dictators in Central & South America have created this problem.

Republicons love to blame Biden for a crisis the was years in the making because he can’t fix it immediately. All their hero T/rump did was make things worse.

Yeah, after all, Biden’s had all of 54 days at this point to develop a solution for a humanitarian crisis that the Trump Administration and the Republican Senate caused and then ignored for the better part of four years. C’mon Joe, get with it, huh?

The difference is Biden inherited the border crisis that Dump made. Of course, Repubs felt pretty good about that, too.

republicans can’t understand the difference between moving unaccompanied minors into functional facilities and taking accompanied minors away from the parents and guardian who brought them.

Don’t look at the money in your bank accounts, look at the kids crossing the border… due to the build up from Drumpf and COVID-19…

I’ve said it in other threads, I’ll say it here. This is Congress’ problem.

Until they pass a law telling the president, ANY DAMN PRESIDENT, exactly what to do they president, for better or for worse, is going to do what they think is best. And so will the next guy, and the next and so on and on.

As long as people keep voting for cowards who won’t stand up and take a hit when they need to we’re going to keep having this problem.

Maybe Trump was right. We need a Wall. To keep us in. Because our ability to govern ourselves like a mature, modern nation is questionable at best.
