I am happy to hear that reruns are in the works. Hope you will have time to interact with your readers the second time around. That’s a lot of fun for us.
Thanks, Lennie! I know I speak for many when I say we’ll take whatever we can get! I did a little reading from the beginning last night. Two features I miss the most are “Email Monday” and Ginger’s Quote of the Day. How about a Homeslice Quote of the Day now and then??? Good luck with the negotiations with GoComics; hope it works out for all of us!
Uh Homeslice, everything was going along perfectly for us Big Picture lovers, you came along and a few months later Lennie pulls the plug. Not saying, just saying…
Most artists, even really great ones like Fragonard, don’t do cats very well. Something about the geometry of the ears, and the overall armature seems to defeat them. Mr Peterson’s cats are spot-on.
Just start the reruns from the start. Now that Sherpa is gone, I tried going there a little while ago, but it won’t come up. We can read all the ones where Ginger was doing things.
So good to hear this. Last night I took my favorite pinned strips and put them on my Pinterest page. That way if TBP should end on GoComics, I will have saved my favorites.

April 4th: both my wedding anniversary (and my wife’s) and Easter Sunday. If you gotta go…good choice, Lennie.

I did wonder, as I’d heard that some strips were getting the boot by GC.

The twist: Mr. Peterson will be providing commentary here in the peanut gallery?

Thanks, Lennie. The withdrawal won’t be so bad, but I sure hate to lose a visual friend once I find one.

“How Can I Miss You When You Won’t Go Away?” An intentional shout-out to Dan Hicks who passed away 5 years ago?

Good to here, hopefully Homeslice will get you a better deal as we all know cats can be ruthless when they want something.

Thanks very much for not ending the strip all together as it is one of the best in my not so humble opinion.

Pardon me whilst I sob in an overly-dramatic manner.
I’m going to miss you, Homeslice. And probably you too, Lennie.

Hey Lennie will you be monitoring and responding to comments on the “Big Picture Classics”?

I’m so glad we will at least get the re-runs and the twist is nice too.
