That would be weird. Kissing a stranger like that. Maybe not kissing on the cheek, or a quick peck on the lips, but she’s got some serious mouth action going on!
At poultry shows! They range from small affairs at the local county fairs, then a bigger show at the state fair, and then shows that are sanctioned by the American Poultry Association and the American Bantam Association! There are some shows that will have close to 5,000 birds to be judged on type, color, condition, and how representative they are of their breed. You meet some really wonderful people, plus you learn so much. And, when you go, always take a few extra pet taxis with you; you’re bound to come home with more than you left with!
