Are we to assume that none of the Evangelicals made the connection to worshipping a false idol when they saw the golden statue? It’s been ages since I went to church and it came to me immediately. Helped that I had recently watched The Ten Commandments.

The “artist” made a stainless steel version that he wants to be in Trump’s lie-brary. He is planning a bronze onne with gold plating that he wants to sell for $10 million.

I have my bronzed baby shoes, can’t find the rest of the statue they must have made of me.

It’s got to be a joke, right? Gold colored skin (a reference to his bronzer?); suit jacket and tie over highly inappropriate shorts made of an American flag; bare feet in flip-flops; short (to the point of ridiculous) legs; magic wand…. WTF?

Its just as ugly as the real thing.

Wonder if any evangelists remember being warned against having false idols…

Maybe now that they are openly worshiping their golden idol, Trump Disciples will no longer complain about being identified as such.

Not holding my breath, though.

Of course they are also happy that Trump pardoned Steve Bannon for soliciting contributions from them to ‘build The Wall’ and then embezzled from that fund.
