You don’t think an effort to over turn an election is worth an investigation?

It ain’t the Dems, esp. Pelosi, who failed to acquit.

Long overdue. So far it’s been a waste of time and money- not to mention a loss of reputation. We really need answers here

When some in the jury meets, ex parte mind you, with the defense team while the trial is still going on, and others are sticking to the “it’s not Constitutional” argument even though it was voted on as being constitutional, something ain’t right…

Think about it Mr. Campbell, if a judge says some evidence or law is admissible, and the jury acquits because a juror disagreed with the admissible ruling, that juror was not following the law, and it was not a proper trial…

The real purpose of the House investigation should have to do with ferreting out all those representatives that had a hand in the attack on the Capitol. I’m all for working across the aisle, but can you work with someone who had a hand in doing physical harm to you? You need to at least know who the co-conspirators are before lining them up on legislation.

Nancy, and the House 0f Representatives convicted (impeached) the POStUS. A technicality cited, and created by Yertle McConman allowed the Forever TRUMPCHUMP Senators a way to keep the base happy… Another disingenuous toon Timmy.

Mr. Campbell, I’m thinking your idea of a good investigation was probably Benghazi. Huh?

Just because the Republicans were too cowardly and feckless to convict someone who they obviously admitted committed a crime doesn’t mean you can’t investigate in other venues. In fact, Moscow Mitch even suggested it himself when he admitted he had no testicles.

Trump was found guilty 57 – 43, but sadly it did not meet the treashold to convict. Mitch voted to acquit, but admits Trump was guilty. Seriously, what is wrong with the Republican parties morals?

There definitely needs to be oversight in Trump’s retirement expenses.

Campbell doesn’t understand that Pelosi is in the House – not the Senate – and that while the House did impeach Trump it was the Senate that failed to convict him…

Meanwhile, defense lawyers for those facing charges of rioting, trespassing, and damage to government property are claiming the “President who was commander in chief of the law at the time told us to do it” defense.

So Nancy is organizing an independent 911 type investigation into the right wing terrorist invasion of the United States Capitol building. Over 250 right wing terrorists have been arrested so far. It will be interesting when they look into the help the republican senators gave help to the terrorists and the right wing financiers. The daughter of Publix Market gave the most money to the right wing terrorists, Publix Market should be boycotted.

That “we” who failed to convict him included enough GQP hyper-partisans that the conviction failed the 2/3 majority rule, despite being the most bipartisan vote on an impeachment trial in the history of the nation. So yes, let’s do an investigation whose outcome can be decided by a simple majority, eh?

the Dems did not ‘Fail’… The GOPdid. It failed the nation when it chose party over country, first- and then ORP (Orange Russian Puppet) over party, 2nd.

Hey Tim, you truly don’t think it was the Republicans that failed to convict?

Enough evidence was presented to convict the Orange Idiot ten times over. Forty three senators failed to uphold their oath of office.

The investigation will be parallel to the FBI’s investigation of the insurrection and will go a long way to establish Trump’s culpability in inciting the insurrection and his culpability in the deaths and injuries the insurrection brought about. Closed minds, of course, will be exempt from acknowledging, much less accepting, truth.

The Democrats didn’t fail to convict the orange buffoon. The Republicans failed miserably in their chance to do something the country needed!
