Rory’s gone where no sheep has gone before. I do not actually get the references in today’s strip except I’m pretty sure it is a take on Star Wars. I haven’t watched any of those films other than the first two or three.
I loved the first episodes of Star Wars. The newer ones are a big waste. Star Trek never gets old. We’ve been watching the original series in bits and pieces, and enjoying every minute of them.
Star Wars was supposed to be fantasy from my perspective… then they tried science in the prequels and ruined it.
You have a princess taken hostage by an evil wizard who has to be saved by a young man training to be a knight. It is a typically fantasy story that happens to be set in space. Why should science matter any more than it would in something like Lord of the Rings, or stories from the Knights of the Round Table.

Chicken legs were mocked long ago, so beware of the Smorg Ass Board. ’Hey, these mock gyro slices taste like goat!"

Beware of the Smorg, they’ll beam your aboard. Then force you to be a Smorg’s aboard. Any of the little meatballs left ?
