Thanks to the virus, I’m long overdue for my annual physical. I kinda miss my yearly ridiculing of my doctor for thinking it does any good to tell me to lose weight and exercise.
With my health history, I alway get a physical and because my wife is diabetic I eat (mostly) right. And until COVID we did the gym 2-3 times a week. I kind of miss it.
