Did you draw a cartoon like this when Trumpy’s tax cuts for the rich added trillions to the national dbt, Al Goodwyn?

We can spend that much and more on the military industrial complex, but heaven forbid someone wants to “waste” that kind of money on helping the American people!

Less than the Republican Tax Cut and Spend Scam. I didn’t see Al complain about that one.

Just another aspect of Goodwyn’s Law™.

…which would prevent the economy from collapsing and requring even more. Furthermore, it’s down to 2.2 trillion, which includes more welfare for the wealthy.

Actually, the number is ~$2 trillion and Trump has signaled he’d agree to a package of $2.2 trillion. The disagreement is where the money will be spent.

It doesn’t matter. With el-lamo Trump in office until noon on January 20, 2021, nothing will get passed.

If people would simply put a mask where their mouth is while social distancing we’d get some of the relief we desperately need.

The money is for the American people, paid for by the American people, so that they should not vanish from this Earth. So Goodwyn which side are you on. the American People or the GOP heirarchy?

That is hilarious considering all the trillions of $ that Trump spent in a growth economy to artificially keep it going, not to mention nearly $1T in tax cuts for the wealthiest. You are supposed to reduce the deficit (at least, if not the debt) in good times. Like, say, Obama did.

Tell me again about the advantages of a childish opposing party political system that incentivizes division/obstruction over unity/consensus as out of work families wait in food lines due to a badly mismanaged pandemic that more civilized democratic nations have handled like adults.

Al, Al, Al! How much have we spent on the middle-east wars so far? How much more are they going to cost, taking care of veterans?

Typical. Money for war, but not for the common citizen.

Moscow Mitch McConnell wants to give Americans nothing.

The deadly stupid vicious republican fascists spread deadly covid all over the country and they refuse to help America recover.

Confederate and Nazi flag carrying Republicans think you should be their slave.

True to form, the Republicans suddenly become deficit hawks after the national debt under President Trump increased from $20,244,900,016,053 to $26,498,433,296,171 (taken on August 8th 2020). That’s $4.825 billion a day.

In less than one term, the debt under Trump’s presidency has increased more than $6 trillion, and it will continue to rise.

Fact check: 1 dollar note is 1E-4 m thick. 3.4 trillion should be 3.4E12 * 1E-4 = 3.4E8 m high. Space station is orbiting at 408 km = 4.08E5 m. If you subtract the latter to the former and divide by 1610 m (approx. a mile) you get the top of the plie 212 000 miles higher than the space station. No wonder right wing loonies hate science – can’t do basic maths.

Wow, Goodwyn has to be the weakest conservative in the comic world. Gee Al, you are right and if you could count those dollars, one per second, it would take one week, four days, 13 hours, 46 minutes, 40 seconds.

The republicans put the country in debt over 3 trillion dollars during the last 4 years.

They gave the money to their rich friends to keep the stock market pumped up.

The USA has nothing to show after the last 4 years, no health, no education, no jobs, no infrastructure repair. Republicans stole all the tax dollars they could and they will do nothing to help the people they damaged by their spreading covid all around the country instead of doing what every expert in the world said to do back in February.

If you lived in ancient Egypt and saved a $1,000 a day until the present with compound interest, you still wouldn’t be as rich as Jeff Bezo’s who is not taxed.

Nice work Al…now how high would it be in quarters?

An accurate height would be 67,866 miles, allowing for a dollar thickness of .oo43".

Now if we use 100’s it becomes more manageable at only 678.66 miles.

Anyone can see, I have too much free time.

Does Al believe, a return to the Depression of the 1930’s, would be a good idea?
