Is there such a thing as obedience school? I have heard of them but I have never seen one.
Humans are already acting dumb in those situations. This seems like low hanging fruit.
He was a drop out.
Dogs have anal glands that need periodic emptying. Butt scooting is the only recourse for a dog whose owner avoids the chore.
