Those that want an electric hybrid need to examine the details of the construction and disposal of the batteries that go into to one. I believe they would find that they are actually worse for the environment.
One of the best freedoms still remaining to each of us, i.e. the freedom to choose. We might be cajoled, conned, persuaded, and scammed to make choices, but at least we get to decide yea or nay. What we don’t do well is live with and overcome the bad ones and just carry on.
Let’s set all the politicians outside November 2nd. When the asteroid goes by, those with the most hot air will get sucked off the Earth by the asteroid gravity. We can dream it’s true right?
