Considering what sort of resume Elmont can be expected to write…IS it odd that he’s gotten no feedback yet, Alice? Is it, really?

This is a “classic” strip. The libraries around here are now curbside-pickup only.

Several cities have programs to assist the homeless with contacting family members via phone to at least let them know that they’re alive, bringing some relief to them.

Considering that this strip is ©1995, Elwood’s ahead of his time.

Many, if not most, people were still using Windows 3.1, hadn’t been on the internet yet, and didn’t have email…

so I’m not surprised Elwood’s gotten no responses.

Especially considering that he’s talking about an email address…. not a web page…

He says they were handing them out at the library… but it sounds more like he made it up.

Either way… unfortunately…. I doubt “@ street level” … with spaces and no domain… is a valid choice…

and how do you “post” a resume … or anything else… on your email address?
