Just as a devil’s advocate, spiders are there for a reason. They are predators so welcome them and accept their help or eliminate what brings in the bugs. When you find night-time lights you find flying insects of all sorts. So guess what that brings? Mullah Nasruddin could say, look where the light is better (in all things in life).
If you want to get rid of the spiders, just put your hand near them. Make sure that it’s the back of your hand that they crawl on. Then just take them outside and let them crawl onto a bush. The back of your hand doesn’t have the sweat glands that the palm of your hand does. They can get the bugs outside.
