Of all of the disease-carrying critters of God’s creation, I would pick rats over mosquitoes. At least rats don’t sting me, suck my blood, and leave itchy spots.
Hemovores (organisms that ingests blood as the main part of their diet, such as mosquitoes and vampire bats) are known to urinate constantly while “dining”. Their systems quickly filter and eliminate any water in the blood to get as much nutritional value as possible.
