You can fit 9 people of “normal size” in the car. I had a 63 Chevy Belair and I got 4 people in the back and 2 more up front with me driving.

I think that is a good observation. Mortgages, loans, comparison shopping and other math that you actually run into during life. This includes statistics as they are bandied about flagrantly and usually not realistic.
