The whole damn history of the WORLD would be different!
Well, here in Hawaii the world was cut off for a period, then moved to automatic quarantine (enforced) for travelers from anywhere, starting to relax, moving to letting those with current negative tests come in without quarantine. But we have very few deaths, a very active contact tracing process, and among the lowest number of cases in the US.
