So you hate everyone who is an anti Fascist?

You must love fascist Trump and the Republicans.

Congratulations, you just drew the most tone deaf editorial cartoon I have seen during this entire tragedy. Oh, and by the way, apparently a white supremacist group was posing as AntiFa online to try to incite violence and frame them. You know what you don’t see much of? Those on the left posing as extreme right wingers to try to frame them and make them look bad.

If my feeble attempts at drawing got anywhere close to Ramirez’s, I’d die a happy man.

On the other hand, I’m almost snickering at a curly-haired POC with tattoos – and a (red, no less) ‘antifa’ hat. Michael – c’mon, man.

That’s the wrong hat; a red one with the acronym MAGA or a confederate flag is much more likely to be causing the roits.

There is NO evidence of any ANTIFA involvement anywhere all week long. The accusations against ANTIFA were started by tRump and came from in between tRump’s ears. tRump made it up.

Thank you hermit. In Colorado we have suffered from heavily armed White/KKK/Nazi groups sent through the dark web. Antifascists are not organized OR armed OR attacking business.

As best I can tell, “Antifa” is an acronym for a protest ideology employed by a number of autonomous groups and not an organized group in its own right. In other words, it’s just another convenient label to demonize any opposition you can’t otherwise identify.

It’s ironic that a protest against police brutality has had put it on display so vividly on the internatioal stage wjile making it so vivid domestically. Now Trump is advocating use of the military to impose martial law. And vicious dogs.

Not that I have much respect for Antifa, but it would be more fair to actually have proof that Antifa is causing the rioting and destruction rather than just accepting the word of a highly documented liar…

Yesterday unholy traitor Trump phoned Putin. He then gassed legal protesters in the park before the curfew and declared war on the American people so he could make a photo op in front of a church. The priests and mayor were aghast by this barbaric behavior.

Why are you so sure the Rioters are Antifa? Why would they want to discredit their own movement?

What is Steve Bannon doing with his Billions? Is he Funding guys like the “Umbrella Man” to break windows?

Makes more sense than ANTIFA doing it.

The Greatest Negotiator in Human History demonstrating the entire spectrum of his negotiating skills:

“You have to dominate or you’ll look like a bunch of jerks, you have to arrest and try people…if you don’t put it down it will get worse and worse. The only time it’s successful is when you’re weak and most of you are weak.”

    .

The fact that he said this shortly after a call with Putin is totally unrelated.

Ramirez, I love your art work. It’s too bad you can’t be honest about this. Here’s some facts:

Law enforcement has found evidence that white supremacists have infiltrated the protests to discredit the protesters. No one has found any real evidence that antifa has had anything to do with the violence and destruction.

The way to solve the looting, rioting problem is to figure out that the rioting is NOT the problem, it is the reaction to the problem.

Weeding the bullies out of the police department and putting in a psychological test for their replacements would be the first step in solving the rioting problem. My brother in law was a cop in a small Texas town. He was a bully in high school to the point of exhibiting psychological issues in the stuff that he did, and he was able to turn that hobby into a profession by joining the local police department

Our police should be carefully chosen, required to wear cameras, and any complaints should be reviewed by a citizen’s committee, elected by the citizens of the community. The police have a “thin blue line” alliance that means that cops take care of each other. It should be modified to mean that no one covers for a cop who has done something wrong. I understand that the police are not dealing with the cream of society on a day to day basis, and actual respect for the average arrestee can be a hard thing to muster. But, they need to understand that covering for a cop who is not treating the citizens they arrest with respect even when they least deserve it is actually putting every one of them at more risk. Any time a neighbor is treated badly by the cops, even if I agree that he is a piece of scum, it makes me distrust that I will be treated fairly by the police. Until the people of a community trust that they will be treated fairly, there will be riots, and the police have historically not acted in a way which created that trust
