a few years ago i wrote product reviews . I was given a couple of walkie talkies that claimed to have a range of 20 miles and families could use them for skiing and camping. On a Saturday, February 14th it turned out. my wife and i droveo ut to Valley forge park. I’d leave her with one on the ridge in the main tourist area and then would drive west towards and beyond Mount Misery testing the range.
My wife said “this will be romantic.”
“Yeah, romantic. I’ll drive until I can no longer hear the sound of your voice!”
We still laugh over that when someone says something is ‘romantic.’
