Why buy watered-down milk is a legitimate question.

Could be worse, you could be drinking almond milk, that’s 0% milk.

Bought it by mistake once when I was in a hurry. Tasted to me like white colored water.

If “soy milk” is milk, then beer is barley milk.

Skimmed dairy milk is an acquired taste but healthier and more refreshing… In the UK it is the most popular…

You haven’t tasted milk ‘till you’ve had it right from the cow. (When that was something you could safely do).

My mom drinks that fat-free skim milk… I call it white water! I don’t drink milk.

I had rice milk once, it was delicious! Then I noticed it had 12g of sugar.

It starts out 100% at the cow.. but there are a lot of middle men each taking their cut before you get to buy it at the store. By international agreement the middle men decided to limit and categorize the amount they could cut.. so now you have your 1%; 2%; 3%; 10%; 18% etc.. Now that does not apply to brown cow milk.. turned out they could not decide how to divvy it up..

2% milk is an acquired taste, just like tea or coffee. I switched from whole to 2% after I got married and after a while it is okay.

Milk fresh from the cow is variable (up to about 5%). All the butterfat is removed, them replaced to the amount it is sold as. I remember when milk was not homogenize and the cream would come to the top, I would pour it off and use it on my cereal.
