Politicians seldom get into the business by being smart and well grounded in reality. And most of the few who start that way end up losing an election to someone who’s “more personable.” So it’s really sad, but not surprising, that so many of them are doing poorly in this situation. With some really outstanding exceptions, of course.

It’s odd, too, that here in Kentucky, the state with the TWO WORST REPUBLICAN SENATORS, our Democratic Gov. has worked with the Republican Members of his administration with very little opposition. Yes, there have been some protests by some random lunatics in Louisville, but by and large most folks here seem to be pretty sensible.
