People talk about how important a covid-19 test would be.

Don’t they realize that quarantine itself is the test? Either you want to live badly enough to put up with quarantine or you don’t. THAT is the test.

Actually, this would be a good time to learn meditation.

You can still get out and be with people. Just keep your distance.

One thing I highly recommend is turning off the TV, especially the news channels.

Several years back, I had my knee replaced and was housebound as my wife was out of state taking care of her dying mother (and funeral). I could not drive. I rapidly became aware that there is no such thing as daytime TV. 300 channels and 275 of them are infomercials. There are game shows that I found to be insipid, soap operas – I suppose these are OK if you are into them, but they move at a snail’s pace, talk shows: I’m not into gossip, and news which after you watch one hour repeats itself over and over again.

Suddenly, there are variations of this joke all over YouTube and social media.

I’m betting you won’t be getting any royalties …

When I was a kid we had three T.V. channels (ABC, NBC, and CBS) and there was always something to watch. BTW; Sunday night was the best. TWO programs in (Disney and Bonanza) COLOR! That if you were fortunate to afford a “Color” T.V.!
