“The original tests, the ones we inherited, Jim [Acosta, CNN], as an example, they were, they were broken, they were obsolete, they were not good tests, and that’s what we got stuck with.”

“I take no responsibility for any of it.”

    .

And in a totally unrelated coincidence, Rudi bought Norvartis stock in February.

    .

    Because drain the swamp.

I’m guessing Ramirez’ next cartoon will be about what a tremendous, incredible job Jared is doing.

    Good for Ramirez!

In the absence of the normal scientific testing, all reports about the efficacy of hydoxychoroquine in treating Covid-19 are anecdotal.

If someone is dying, then try it — the patient has nothing to lose. The problem is that everyone will want to get this, which could deprive those who might be best served by it.

Navarro said he was an expert on the statistics of the drug’s effectivness because he has a PhD in a social science. I also have a PhD in a social science so I know at least two things: 1) Anyone with a PhD in a social science is unqualified to determine the efficacy of drugs. 2) anyone with a PhD in a social science has the statistical background to know there are no meaningful “Statistics” yet on the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine on this flu

Yep. Exactly like what I was going to say. I have a PhD in bioscience, we also use statistics, and we know that there is no level of statistical data available yet to form any judgement. BTW, there can be serious side effects from the taking chloroquine family, especially if the person has any problems with cardiac arrhythmia. It is in general considered a “safe” drug, but the therapeutic ratio is very narrow, i.e., it’s easy to overdose.

Trump, “We should all take hydroxychloroquine, even if we don’t show symptoms, What harm can it do?” Go the following site and find out:

    https://www.drugs.com/hydroxychloroquine.html

Or tey any similar site, The drug has a number of restrictions and a number of side effects, all of which, along with its unproven efficacy, limit

I think ol’ Michael is getting soft. Must be those promised socialist checks that are in the mail… Navarro should be heading out with the acting Secretary of the Navy.

All I needed to hear was “I’m a social scientist” and then I just laughed at Navarro.

Actually I think we should elevate Navarro to be the president’s physician. All of president’s family should get their advice and prescription from Navarro for all their ailments from now on.

They are looking for someone to look at insurance data of the 100K Lupus patients using malaria drugs and see if they have lower instances of the crud.

Seems to me that both Navarro and Ramirez should be dosing themselves with hydroxychloroquine, “just to be safe”.

And they should find it easy to get some. Even if they don’t live in an area where pet stores haven’t been closed as “non-essential”, they should find it easy to travel to such a location.
