“Yak” is Canadian slang for “throw up”. Is this strip Canadian?

We used to have a cat who “yakked” when she was angry. Tell her No, and she’d hunch a couple of times, then look over her shoulder to see if you were watching, and try again.

I mean, it’s one of their tried and true ways to annoy their owners and they know it—why ever would they want to give it up?

One of my (now deceased) cats, Bad Boy, once scooted backwards on the kitchen floor while projectile vomiting. It was impressive…

This is an absolute hoot! The sound effects are spot on…stepping in Half-Time’s “hork” was always a surprise (especially in the dark). Don’t know which was worse – the cold “hork” or the freshly, hot “hork”. Thanks for this, Brian – needed a good laugh…it’s cold, dreary and desolate in Montreal.

Aaah…semantics. I’m Canadian and we say: “Hork”, “Yak” or *^%$$$ – stepped in it again!
