Ice Cream University?! How did I miss that gem from the career counselor. Do those counselors really know anything about careers. I mean really, when do they lead us towards real careers like video game testers, animation creators(Pixar), coffee testers, mattress testers, entrepreneurs, and the list goes on. All they talk about is office work, farming, or the Army(never the Marines). Sheesh!!
Because Dutch chocolate means processed with alkali—it’s what they do with inferior cocoa beans and it destroys the flavinoids that make chocolate healthy and justified, so, yeah, skipping it and putting all that other stuff in would make a great ice cream cone.
