Every day of every year of all time, there have been tyrants, revolutions, plagues, drought & famine, bumper crops, streaks of good fortune, cruelty, kindness, and everything else. This pandemic — especially with some of the lax responses to it — will cause a lot of pain. The current administration has been cruel, corrupt, and incompetent. Though we have a lot of work to do to mitigate the effects of COVID-19, and we have a lot of work to do to mitigate the effects of the current maladministration, the sun will nevertheless come up tomorrow, and this world will carry on. I am extremely weary of it, but I wake up in the morning, confident that if I do my part, others will do theirs, and at some point the current crises will pass. There will be others in the future, but that is the story of our life. For now, I rest when I can’t take it any more, and then I saddle up again.
That depends. If Trump ends up getting reelected, then it doesn’t. It’ll be just another volume in a continuing series of horror stories depicting greed, incompetence, and failure.

I expect it’s gonna be more of a dramatic ending. I do expect to be happy about the November election in the US.

I think the happy ending is the ending part – this year is going to be a rough one.

The “happy” ending will only come if Donny is voted out of office!

Yes the year will end happily, because Trump does not get reelected.

It’s like a diary. The end will be written as it happens. Anything else is just guessing.
