For anyone that is interested, here are pictures of Houdini’s draft card.

He was 44 years old at the time.

In their parapsychology statistics class they teach you about the paranormal distribution.

They’ve covered that about black panthers before.

Telekinesis is the ability to move objects with your mind; and telepathy is the ability to read minds so aside from getting a bunch of magic tricks, how could someone study that stuff?

Take care and may God bless.

Erik Handcuff Weisz? (Similarly with Johnny Cash — born as J. R. Cash — when he enlisted in the military, they wouldn’t accept J. R. as his real name.)

What was it a comedian once said? He had a friend whose name on his birth cert was J. B. (I’ll use Smith for his last name). No first and middle name, just an initial. When he went to the BMV for his license he wrote "J only, B only, Smith. His license was printed with the name Jonly Bonly Smith.

I dunno, maybe it’s just me, but I can’t see how stating that you have a degree in parapsychology on your resume is going to do anything but get you smilingly and cautiously escorted to the exit.

Shows how legitimate a degree in psychology is. Better the candidate be a plumber or electrician – same remuneration.

The panther is not a specie on its own, it is a melano version of the leopard. Melanoma is found in the cougar, leopard, puma, and jaguar, sometimes even the tiger. A cat with melanoma is commonly referred to as a panther. According to experts, melanoma in cats is akin to red hair in humans.

We don’t have useful degrees like that in the USA. Only degrees in comics, movies, and mythology.
