Aw! Vlad would be proud!…No, not Putin….well, yes, Putin…..But I’m talking about Lenin. His favorite slogan was “Power to the Party”.

Actually, both McConnell and Trump say, “ME the party.”

Too bad they don’t have a bunch of Mark Hatfields still around, don’t see many Republicans in that “party” anymore.

McConnell has publicly promised to abrogate his oath of office, and he seems A-OK with that. Senators cannot be impeached, but he’s on the November ballot. Please consider supporting Amy McGrath who is running very well, so far, against him.

I hope you feel the same way about the Impeachment. The only bipartisan aspect of that farce was that Dems and Pubs voted no.

As for the Sharpie, the WH is having a fire sale on them. In so far as Ariail’s take on events, THIS CARTOON is, by far, spot-on. Only a guilty defendant and his sycophantic, lickspittle supporters would oppose witnesses and documents that a prosecutor wants to introduce. One would have to have an IQ ≤ Tiger Woods’s BEST PGA round to think that PROHIBITING witnesses and documents would ASSURE a fair trial. The GOP Leadershit has a well-earned reputation for corruption, venality, chicanery, mendacity, hypocrisy, sly underhandedness, sanctimoniousness, and routine double-dealing. Those senators who oppose witnesses and documents deserve to be roundly condemned by every voter, regardless of their political beliefs. Our democracy, our nation, and our very posterity are at stake.
