I see it is wood, I would have thought metal or fiberglass. I would also hope there’s a storm door.

I was going to say that this is just plane silly, but it is a sticky situation. I’m also surprised he’s having this problem with an outside door this time of year.

I thought the joke was going to be the cat mistaking the power drill for the can opener.

Picked up a door at the Recycle Store. The back door we have is full-glass and no room for a dog door. The ‘new’ one is 1/2 glass. Hard to find a 32" wooden exterior door these days, Recycle only had one.

Where is all the snow? Only a week ago Arlo was grilling outside in it.

With no front door, my cat’s life would have been much less fulfilling.

Did you notice? No snow and a leafy shrub at the side of the house. Must live in southern USA

I believe the joke is that cats do not care for doors. Ludwig perhaps thinks that the removal is permanent.
