Snow monsters, made with Christmas snow, come back year after year……….

Drum major/cheerleader Lio is leading his ice-beast around with its magic hat recoverable if Lio should decide to try to re-animate Frosty the Snowman (as he originally planned). The neighbors will be duly impressed, one way or another….
