The House of Representatives kept “investigating” Clinton and Benghazi right up to the point the republicans lost their majority status, and Trey Gowdy lost his seat. Trey was planning yet another foray into the bizarro world of republican “Benghazi” when he and his fellow conspiracy theorists were reduced to “baying at the moon” by the 2018 election.

Interestingly enough, never finding ANY evidence of wrongdoing on the part of Clinton left them more firmly convinced than ever that there was wrongdoing to be uncovered! This particular conclusion is what drives Barr and Trump, to this day. It should be noted that in psychiatric circles this is broadly defined as “mental illness”, or under the more concise banner of"bat-shit crazy".

I think Barr is sane (though dishonest) and I think Donald Trump is………I was taught not to say anything if you can’t say anything nice!
