And the Dumocrats have no problem with Oduma sending the Ukrainians blankets and MRE’s to protect themselves from the Russian Juggernaut. Lib’s won’t acknowledge that President Trump was holding back aid to ensure that it was going to go into the corruptions cesspool. This includes the corrupt Biden’s actions. President Trump has sent the lethal aid the Ukrainians needed. Libs need to stop getting all of their news from CNN (corrupt news network) and MSDNC.

I no longer ask the questions, how? why?, about this burgeoning deference and admiration for a country that once declared “we will bury you!” and is now controlled by a man who was the Director of the Federal Security Service (successor of KGB). Money and the desire for gobs of money in one’s own pockets because no one can ever have enough of that green stuff. (Haven’t heard – you can’t take it with you – yet. Won’t they be surprised.)

Except for all the other stuff that we feel is both illegal and immoral, but which has “soft” definitions that there’s no possible way to get him convicted on charges of, for instance, soliciting and accepting emoluments, which he clearly does and has done, and sees nothing wrong with such behavior… but which the GOP Senate will be able to say “oh, that’s not really all that bad.”
Nailed it. The Dems spent 3 years telling us Trump would be impeached for major crimes. They spent 3 years using federal legal definitions of crimes and implying that these crimes would be so obvious that there would be serious bipartisan support for Impeachment and removal in the House, the Senate and the general population.
The Mueller investigation flopped. The emollients argument has no teeth. Everything they accuse him of rests on a shaky foundation that no sane prosecutor would try to bring into court. This becomes a problem in the eyes of the public. Even though most understand that Impeachment has a lower legal bar, in fact no bar at all, Americans expect the Dems to handle this with standards similar to our criminal courts. This has not been done and the public hearings have demonstrated a truly weak case.
The Dems also told us over and over that Impeachment must have broad bipartisan public support. It is very clear that such support does not exist. The appearance, especially to true undecided independents, is that the Dems walked away from their promises for political reasons.
Will they Impeach? It all depends on the purple district newcomers from those 2016 Trump districts.
