Of course, it’s necessary to put the guy’s name on the outside of his robe in order to tell who’s under it, because the whole point of those robes in the first place was to conceal the identity of the bigots wearing them, back when those former Confederates still had some sense of shame.
In a way, it would’ve been more interesting to leave the name off and leave us readers to speculate on which racist white nationalist was under the hood; there are so many to choose from. (I’ll bet Miller would’ve won any poll, tho.)
